Job description

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities, including paperwork and training logistics.
• Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with employee relations activities, including
responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
